This Handblown Art Glass is a Witch Ball.  It has a little well in the top where you can pour essential oils to make it Scented.  When hung in the window, this will heat up and scent the room.  These are also called Friendship Balls.  The colors are Turquoise, Pink, and Clear Glass and it has a glass Hanger at the top.
