This stunning vintage trinket/jewellery bandsaw book comes in two pieces- the overall structure and a drawer than can be pulled out entirely. It is cut from one piece and has a rich red wood grain and is in an unusual, abstract/surreal shape. The back of the drawer reveals a makers mark with the year of production: 1999. It has some minor flaws which are pictured (including a scratch/raised mark on the side of a drawer- please see photos) but is otherwise in great vintage condition. The piece is a studio carving, made by an independent artist. 

It measures approx 13.5cm in length at the longest point and 9.8cm in height. The width is approx 8.4cm.
