This articulated streamer, designed by Kelly Galloup, is a fly that will garner a lot of action, and should be a “go to” streamer pattern in anyone’s fly box.  A great imitation for medium and small baitfish. These flies are tied in two versions: standard and mini. The standard is tied with # 2 in the front and #4 in the back. The mini is tied with #6 in the front and #8 in the back. You’ll always want a few mini’s for creeks and rivers where large patterns always seem to come back to you rejected and limp-lined. Because it slims down when wet, Galloup’s Mini Peanut Envy Fly closely mimics leeches and swimming baitfish.
