Fierce Nature Sun Balm is made with pure organic tallow and can be used as a daily face cream during the summer and for face and body during periods of high sun exposure. Non Nano Zinc oxide combined with the fat soluble vitamins and antioxidants of tallow, naturally help prevent and protect from sun damage without the harsh chemicals. We use non-nano zinc as the basis for our sun protection and this is a mineral that works to deflect the rays of the sun. This is unlike the chemicals used in mainstream lotions which work through a chemical reaction of absorbing the rays of the sun when they hit your skin. We recommend avoiding these chemicals like oxybenzone at all costs. Most SPF testing companies measure the efficacy of these chemicals in reaction to the sun. As we don�t use chemicals at all this reaction they test for doesn�t occur in our formula. We do however use a recipe that equates to a protection of 20 SPF for our sun balm and stick but like with any mineral sun cream the more whiter the cream, when applied the higher the block out. Non-Nano Zinc oxide is also amazing for eczema, nappy rash and acne.

Orders are shipped by Royal Mail or via courier. Royal Mail terms and conditions state that a parcel is not considered lost unless it has been in the postal system for over 14 days for UK mainland orders and 25 days for international. If your parcel is unfortunately undelivered or lost, please first check with your local post office to see if it is being held for collection. Failing this, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will strive to sort out a replacement package.
Please note, we are unable to send you a replacement package until it has passed the time frame specified for lost packages. Furthermore, we only consider processing claims for lost items within 90 days of dispatch.
Returns

Goods need to be returned within 30 days of delivery. Goods should be unopened, unused and in its original condition including all packaging, product boxes, labels & tags.
