ART NOUVEAU MOULDED MAJOLICA TILE, DATE 1907, RHODES TILE CO.

SIZE 6" X 6" OR 152MM X 152MM.

This beautiful antique moulded tile is a true gem, showcasing the exquisite art nouveau style of the early 1900s. The tile is made of high-quality ceramic/pottery using the traditional majolica technique, and features a stunning multi-coloured design that is both eye-catching and unique. Despite being an antique original, this tile has been reclaimed and is in excellent shape, making it a great addition to any collection.

CONDITION.

In very good condition with the top left corner been trimmed for originally fitting into a washstand.

It has a pimple on the surface near the bottom right corner.

Has some manufacturing flaws on the cream background and on the left stem of the flower.

Has a nice clean back with the hand painted pattern number.
