Published by The Heritage Press of New York copyright 1967, 362 pages. This volume comes with a decorated cover box as shown in the images.

This set is in good, used condition. There is visible wear and fading on the edges of the box.  The book has tight binding and clear pages, save for a water stain on the bottom edge of the book, which shows up on the edges of several of the pages.  I've tried to show these imperfections in the photographs.  The book is also inscripted on the inside page "K Paradise 2000".
