Offered for sale is this Vintage & Very Rare 1970 (Blue Version) "Edmonton Monarchs" Western Major Fastball League (W.M.F.L) felt Pennant in Mint Unused Condition in Mint Unused Condition. Measures  20" x 6" & free of any pinholes, rips, tears... The WMFL was formed in 1972 with 5 teams in Edmonton, Regina, Saskatoon, Winnipeg & Calgary. It eventually went to 10 teams with teams added in Brandon, Weyburn, Camrose, Wetaskiwin & Red Deer & ran from 1972-79. Very little is known about this league however any items for sale are quite desired !!! PLEASE NOTE## I also have the "White" version of this pennant also for sale in my store as shown in the last pic. This listing is for the Blue version only...
