Adapter - 9.5mm Bayonet to 9x3mm J-Hook

So what have people been using for replacement wipers? My 2006 Revolution has an unusual fitting for the wiper. It uses 2 screws on a straight arm, no “J” hook like in a passenger vehicle. Any advice or hints would be greatly appreciated! I was looking for a Anco 48-17 adapter, but it’s not available anywhere
