Cute little black and tan Victorian faux leather high top doll boots.  4 Round buttons up the side opening that can be buttoned and unbuttoned.  Black vinyl soles.  3.5"L x 3"H.  Has sticker Made in Taiwan, Republic of China.  Don't believe they have ever been used.
