                     K40Y-9 .022uf are becoming increasingly rare.

                     The K40Y-9 are very high-quality PIO capacitors. Their conductor is made of        
                     aluminum foil, the dielectric is oil-saturated paper, and their metal body is sealed

                     with glass. Their construction and performance are similar to the Sprague Vitamin Q
                     capacitors which sell for much higher prices. 

                     They provide excellent sonic characteristics, and make great tone capacitors for
                     Guitars and Bass. Paper-In-Oil capacitors offer unparalleled "vintage tone and  
                     sound quality".
 

                     These capacitors provide Excellent sonic characteristics and warm bluesy tone.

Great for Les Paul's 59 tone, SG's, ES 335, Explorer, Flying V, Firebird, etc... Tele Deluxe, etc. and other guitars using Humbucker pickups.
