Shipping/ Delivery

we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business working days of
receiving payment (this does not include bank holidays)

Depending on the weight, size and value of the item, they are dispatched
either through Royal mail or another courier
·
Delivery times vary but are usually from 2-5 business working days from
date of dispatch

we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivering which are out of
our control (i.e customer not being in to receive the item, severe weather
conditions, employee strikes etc)
What do I do if I
have not received my order?

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time and you have
received confirmation that it was dispatched, please check the following:
· With any neighbours.
·
With any other resident at your property that might have the parcel but
hasn't told you yet.
·
In any possible, safe places, that a driver might have left the parcel
in.
·
That you have enquired at your local Royal Mail delivery office.
·
Re-confirm your delivery address so we can verify this is where it was
sent.
·
For International orders please refer to your local postal company for
their standard procedure in case this differs to the UK.
What happens if I am
not at home to accept my delivery?

If you are not at home when delivery is attempted’ Royal Mail Will leave
the card for you to collect it from your local post office Please follow the
instruction on the card to retrieve you parcel.

Returns:
·
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can
return the item for exchange/refund within 30 days , excluding postage cost

Please inform us first, before sending any goods back
·
customers are liable to pay the full postage costs to send any goods
back, unless the product received initially is faulty or the product
is incorrectly sent

Return is accepted if they are received unused and in original packing
condition and any tags still attached
Faulty Goods:

All goods are sold as new unless otherwise stated on the individual
listing. Any item found to be faulty or damaged when received must be RETURNED TO US

WITHIN 30 days of receipt, please contact us
through eBay communications so that we can arrange to collect and replace your
faulty item as quickly as possible.
Wrong Item Delivered:

If we deliver the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange to
collect and replace your item as quickly as possible.
Change of Mind:

If you simply change your mind and want to return the goods for exchange
or refund, you must return the goods to us within 30 days of receipt.

The goods must be returned to us intact and in a saleable
condition. You must return the goods at your own cost. If
you are returning the goods for refund, we will refund the full cost that you
paid for the goods including any delivery charges, but we will not
refund the cost of returning the goods to us
