This is among the first posters designed and illustrated by Jim Michaelson. Dave Schiller was the founder and owner of Sparta Graphics and commissioned Michaelson to design this calendar/poster which is 27.5 x 36 inches and printed on heavy matte stock and is in fair condition with minor tears at the edges and minor wrinkling. Could be restored fairly easily. Not bad, especially for a piece of paper that is 54 years old. I was fortunate to personally know Dave Schiller and Jim Michaelson. Sadly they both passed away, but these posters are a great testament and legacy of a fantastic era for music across the great 1960s. This is not a reproduction. It is the original poster printed over 50 years ago. It is among a precious few that exist in the world. Once they are gone, they will never be available again unless an owner of original posters my age (68 years old) decides to part with them.
