This item is now sold as CB Part # 2000155 WITHOUT the wire. If you do not need the wire please see my other listing. The replacement item in your parts catalog will most likely be called #4221. This controller is programmed to run Central Boiler Classic Model Furnaces. It is not programmed to run other models of outdoor wood furnaces.
