Due to living in a small trinity rowhome with a new baby, I have to sell my 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos home theater system. Included are speakers, receiver, stands, (and good speaker wire if you want it.)
What is included:
- 2x HSU Research HB-1 MK2 Bookshelf speakers https://hsuresearch.com/collections/speakers/products/hb-1-speaker
- 1x HSU Research HC-1 MK2 Center speaker https://hsuresearch.com/collections/speakers/products/hc-1-speaker
- 2x Boston Acoustics Microcenter Center speakers - these are very well regarded for their size and price. I used them as rear speakers.
- 2x Pioneer SP-T22A-LR - upfiring Atmos speakers https://intl.pioneer-audiovisual.com/products/speakers/sp-t22a-lr/
- HSU STF-2 Subwoofer (no longer listed on HSU website) https://www.highfidelityreview.com/hsu-stf-2-subwoofer.html
- The subwoofer has been outfitted with SVS' SoundPath Subwoofer Isolation System https://www.svsound.com/products/soundpath-subwoofer-isolation-system
- Denon AVR-X1400H https://www.denon.com/en-us/product/archive-av-receivers/avr-x1400h/800193.html - didn't include a photo but can send on request. It's in very good condition.
- 2x speaker stands - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MCS2ZLO/ I didn't love these; but maybe you will. They're not photographed because they are in my basement.
- Standesign rack - I didn't include photos but can send some on request. It looks like this https://community.klipsch.com/index.php?/topic/193622-sold-standesign-design-4-four-shelf-audio-rack/
Some notes on the condition:
The photos make the condition of the speakers and subwoofer look a lot worse than it is. There are some scuff marks on the HSU speakers and subwoofer, but they're in pretty good shape overall. You could take a sharpie to them and it would look almost good as new. I've done that for a few spots, but it looked plenty good enough to me as it is.
- One of the bookshelf speakers - I'm not sure what it's called - but the female ends for banana plugs are loose (it is pictured). It's been like this for 10 years, and has never been a problem for audio quality, the speaker wire just can't be moved much or it'll drop out. It could be more or less fixed with a hot glue gun, and if you like, I'll do that, but it's really not a problem how it is.
- The Boston Acoustics speakers have had a hole drilled into the back for mounting on a speaker mount.
The one downside to the Denon receiver is that it only supports ARC and not eARC. However, included is a HDMI eARC extractor - this allows you to use a TV with VRR and also get uncompressed Dolby Atmos or other uncompressed audio formats.
