My partner has nicknamed our basement Tels toy box as it is stuffed to the ceiling with scores of storage boxes full of Model kits and toys obtained over six decades by my Dad my brother and myself .
I have barely made a dent in the storage boxes and every new box opened is an adventure as we never listed contents of any of the boxes we just packed and stacked them I am amazed myself at the range of makes and types of models we accumulated over the last sixty plus years this being down to the fact this is really three peoples collections that have been merged together and each of us had differing tastes in kits and subject matter.
My brother was the Wargamer in the family and this is reflected in his choice of model kits and Scale he bought them in I have just found one of his storage cases and it has a fair selection of Matchbox 1:76 along with a few 1:35 kits as well

The Box is open the kit is complete with all parts still on sprues except one which is safely bagged up complete with decals and instructions the box has been a bit compressed in storage so slightly out of shape and compressed please see photos
