The item is exactly as pictured, will come in the same condition as presented in this advertisement and with the same accessories. HDMI cable can be provided on request free of charge. If you ask for it, will come with HDMI cable. No remote. You may have functions accessible only trough the remote control. A replacement can be find. External Bluetooth, you need USB port 5V to power it on and play music from your phone. The item has scratches on the volume button, body and display. Please download the instructions from the net. The amplifier is complicated, you need to select the input, for example HDMI or analogue, optical. If you select HDMI and connect it with phono leads with the CD player, there will be no sound. It has to be connected with HDMI, or enter the menu and tell the amplifier the input will be analogue. Scratches on the volume knob.

Shipping  We ship worldwide and we do combine postage. Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. We use delivery service (most of the time Collect+ delivered by Yodel) which takes 2-3 business days. If you would like on check out you may leave delivery instruction for the driver ( safe place to leave your parcel)  Please note that deliveries to Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland might take longer. Returns Returns are accepted. If you change your mind you can return your item purchased within within 14 days of the delivery date. You must  cover the return shipping cost. Item(s) must be returned to us unused, intact, undamaged, with security labels attached and as soon as reasonably possible. Please do not remove any security labels (tags or stickers) attached unless you are sure you will keep the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed and we will deduct up to 50% of the cost of the item if returned in different condition.

In case of return You might be asked to provide pictures of the security labels ( tags or stickers)  and packaging before sending the item back.
