Antique Nippon Forget-me-nots Luncheon Plate 8 3/4”W. Beautiful pastel Yellow Blue &Green. Very pretty & in great shape. No chips, cracks or stains but it does however have a production flaw on the face of the plate that looks like popped bubbles ??(see last picture).
