⏳ If you are buying and need the item by a specific date asap please inform me by adding a note specifically at checkout when paying or choose the Express post option. Don't message me through regular eBay messages or my personal email as it may not reach me in time.
Once I have posted an order I unfortunately have no control over how long Australia Post takes to get your order to you after the order was posted on time. I sincerely suggest you use the Express post option if an order is needed by a specific time. This does not mean that I will not refund a buyer if the parcel is reported as missing after a good amount of time has passed.
Please note that sometimes the eBay estimate arrival times are inaccurate and are just that - an estimate! Therefore your parcel may take longer to arrive through no fault of my own as I have no control over the date of arrival once posted.
I always recommend that you also choose the registered or express postage option so that your order is delivered on time and so you have peace of mind as you are able to track it yourself.

Don't be put off by my affordable prices, it is extremely important to me that I use only the best natural stones & solid sterling silver findings - I test all diamonds and acid test all silver to ensure that what I sell is genuine. If I am unsure of whether a stone is genuine or is synthetic/created I will say, so you can always buy with confidence.
Everything I make is hypoallergenic too - I use genuine 92.5% sterling silver, surgical stainless steel, or a UV protective coating so that even people with metal allergies or sensitive skin like myself can wear them also.

📮All my items are sent using Australia Post service and I offer Standard, Registered postage (***highly recommended - tracking included) or Express postage options. I am only able to keep my prices so low by sending items using standard post without tracking included. Choosing Registered or Express post includes tracking and ensures that you have peace of mind.
🌏 International bidders are most welcome also! There is an automatic cost added to postage costs for each additional item.

✨ Some of the photos are only sample shots of a particular item as I sometimes have more than one in stock, so the photos are indications of what it looks like. Because I'm using natural gemstones there will always be differences in the gems, as each one is unique. If you would like to see a picture of the specific item that you're bidding on just send me a message.
I try very hard to colour match stones used to make earrings but because I am using genuine natural stones there maybe some differences in shade in the gemstones used.
🔍 Many of the natural gemstones that I sell will have inclusions in them which I personally really like to see.
Even with today's technology inclusions are actually not able to be faked so I tend to regard them as being just as good as an authenticity certificate! 🕵️♀️
📸 Please feel free to ask me any questions you would like to know, especially before the final sale or bid. The photos that I upload are also part of the items description. I take photos under different lighting conditions wherever possible to get the most accurate description of the items, but there may be some differences in colour or shade.
