Introduction to use
Rough grinding:50#~100#
Grinding discs with visible grinding marks are used to repair the flatness of the sanding material and to grind the modeling surface into place.

Semi-fine grinding:150#~300#
Removes the rough grinding marks, but creates a new, finer grain, grinding the machined surface flatter.

Fine grinding:500#~1000#.
After fine grinding, the pattern, grain and color of the product have been clearly shown, the surface is fine, smooth and has a slight gloss.

Fine grinding:2000#~3000#
The processed products have no traces perceptible to the naked eye, the surface is getting smoother and smoother, and the glossiness is about 40-50 degrees.

Polishing instructions
The water sanding pads are commonly used for stone, inner arc flower pots, ceramic tiles, ceramics and other grinding and polishing.
A little water can be applied when polishing, and the polishing needs to be from 50# to 3000# in order to produce a high-gloss and high-brightness mirror effect.
Individual use of one or two pieces, no effect, want to produce good results, each mesh sanding should be sanded flat, thorough, do not in this mesh is not completed when hastily sanded, that will affect the sanding effect.
Water grinding pads, electric drills, angle grinders can be used.

Installation instructions  [Note]
The electric drill clamps 8mm shank connecting rod can only be used with 10-hole adhesive disk.
Self-adhesive disk and connecting rod can be installed on the drill and used directly.
The back of the polishing piece is sticking/self-adhesive disk on the connecting rod 8mm with 10-hole self-adhesive disk can be used.

Note
1, the operation of the abrasive pads need to be used with the sticky disk mounting machine.
2、Water cooling is required when polishing water sanding pads.
3, microcrystalline stone, polished tiles and other mirror effect can not be processed
