Online purchasing process:
After completing your purchase order, please contact us using the “contact seller” option to provide the following information that will enable us to customize your hearing aids to your individual requirements:
- Advise us of your color choice
- Send us a copy of your most recent hearing test results (audiogram) and confirm if you would like our expert Audiologists to program and customize the hearing aids for you at no additional cost.
- Advise us if you have any special requirements to enable us to customize the fine-tuning of the hearing aids to match your individual preferences and unique listening environments.
- Send us a side photo of your face including a reference object i.e. a ruler or a coin placed next to your ear, if you require advice on the length of the speaker wire.
- Your hearing aids will undergo scientifically proven test methods to verify their sound quality.
- When we are completely satisfied we will ship your hearing aids by DHL Express courier.
Shipping:
We use DHL Express courier. Tracking information will be uploaded and DHL will provide you with notifications regarding your package delivery.
Please note that any import taxes or customs charges applied by your country will have to be paid by the buyer.
Customization & Remote Support:
Our team of expert Audiologists will customize the hearing aids based on your hearing test evaluation and your individual requirements at no additional cost.
Moreover, further adjustments are possible to be needed. Nowadays, remote care makes it possible to get all the sound tweaking you need without the hassle of repeatedly scheduling and traveling to in-office appointments. The most state-of-the-art hearing aids provide us the opportunity to take care of the hearing aids almost always through the hearing aids’ smartphone App. We provide remote settings support/adjustments if needed at no additional cost. Just let us know and we will guide you.
Returns Policy:
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us and return the hearing aids to us within 30 days from the date of receiving the hearing aids, in the original packaging. Upon receipt, we will make a full refund. Please note, that the buyer is responsible for the return postal charges and we recommend using a postal service that includes tracking or insurance.
According to the FDA, it is in your best health interest to obtain a professional medical evaluation before purchasing a hearing aid and you are encouraged to do so before bidding on this item. If you choose to not obtain a medical evaluation before purchasing this item, I am required by law to provide to you and obtain from you a signed written waiver of the medical evaluation, and I am required to provide to you a copy of the User Instruction Brochure for a hearing aid, review the contents of that brochure with you, and afford you time to read the brochure. You must provide me with either a signed statement from a physician or a signed waiver before I will deliver this item to you. Upon your request, I will also provide you a copy of the User Instructional Brochure for the hearing aid or the name and address of the manufacturer or distributor from whom a User Instructional Brochure for the hearing aid can be obtained.
