This is a nice pen/clock desk set that I believe is from the 1990's.  I do not know how to set the clock or wind it up as I obtained this in a collection a few years ago.  The football and dolphin and stand measure 6" long and 5" high with the pen then extending up higher.  This is a heavier desk item.  This comes from a smoke free environment and I combine shipping.
