I can't guarantee the functionality of this card, so it is being sold for parts

It's in good physical condition, but not fully functional

IO plate is slightly bent, and there are a few scratches and scrapes around the GPU

From my testing, windows was able to boot, but GPU crashes the system when games are started 

Thermals and power draw appeared to be fine when testing, so I'm unsure if it's an issue with the board, AMD drivers, or transient power spikes causing these crashes.
