"NEW"-- The picture frames listed as "NEW" are individually wrapped from the factory and have not been opened.  

"BLEMISHED"-- The picture frames listed as "BLEMISHED" are new however they have sticker residue from our company sticker remaining on them and they are no longer individually wrapped.
