She is from an adult collection and was never played with, only displayed. 
Comes complete with original outfit, shoes and bag with puzzle pieces
Hair band has snapped and has been re-tied with a new pink hair band.
The right side of her yellow collar has peeled a bit with age. (Please see close-up pic)
Overall, very good condition.
