Precautions for welding installation, follow the following steps:
1. Components are soldered onto the front panel, following the principle of low to high soldering, which involves soldering components such as capacitors, resistors, diodes, etc. low first.
2. Welding IC socket, terminal block, final power socket and adjustable potentiometer.
3. Use diagonal pliers on the back to cut the pins as short as possible
Debugging steps:
After the welding of IC and XR2206 is completed, pay attention to the direction of the IC, as insertion may damage the chip!
2. Check if the IC is reversed. If it is, please correct it in a timely manner.
3. Insert the power supply, with a 5.5 * 2.1 port power supply and negative electrodes inside and outside. Suitable for 9-12 volt power supply voltage. The waveform may be unstable for more than 12 volts
Usage steps:
1. Plug in the J1 jumper cap, and the SIN/TRI blue terminal outputs a sine wave (note that only one of J1 and J2 can be plugged in)
2. Insert the J2 jumper cap, and the SIN/TRI blue terminal outputs a triangular wave (note that only one of J1 and J2 can be inserted)
3. SQU blue terminal output pulse
4. AMP: sine wave and triangular wave amplitude adjustment
5. FINE: Frequency fine tuning
6. Coarse tuning: The frequency of coarse tuning
