This fabric does have a stain that could be cut away completely if 3.5” was trimmed from the edge.

I took some close ups of the stain along with some measurements to show where it is located and how much would need to be trimmed away.

I have not washed it or attempted to remove the stain.

The orange glows under black light and that can be seen in the second picture.
