Onkyo HT-R960 7.1 THX Home Theater AV Receiver

The unit powers up and functions, but it does not process any HDMI sources

--There seems to be something wrong with the internal processor, as it does not recognize any HDMI inputs; other connection types (coaxial, optical, analog, etc.) were not tested, so it is unknown if they function properly

--No audio or video is output when connected to the HDMI ports

--I have another Onkyo 7.1 receiver that is an updated model of this one; all (working) components from that receiver were connected to this one for testing, so the problem is definitely specific to this unit

Includes receiver and remote control (which also did not work during testing, but is included nonetheless)
