MERCEDES ELECTRIC YEAR 1925

 

Rare Mercedes electric typewriter, manufactured in 1925 approx.

Made by Mercedes Büromaschinen-Werke A.G., in Zella-Mehlis, Thüringen, in Germany.

It has a built-in electric motor also manufactured by the company.

The motor runs at 220 volts, we don't know if it works because we haven't plugged it in.

Office model, weighing about 20 kilos, made of black enamelled iron.

It has a keyboard made up of four rows and a double shift key.

The machine is kept in good aesthetic condition.
