Please read this entire policy before prior to ordering.

Item Policies:

***Please note that any concerns or questions about items in our store should be address before placing an order.

The used items we sell may have general wear/tear, discoloration, signs of age, etc. *See specific listing description

Item wrapping/boxes/labels may have some discoloration, may have been opened, or be supplied under a different branding but all items are NEW or USABLE unless otherwise stated

For items with multiple quantities available: The image listed may only be a representation of what you're purchasing. However, all of the items in that listing are near identical will meet the quality of that pictured.

We offer a 7-day return policy on most items (excluding electrical parts, fluids, service supplies, & "New Old Stock" (NOS) items). *See specific listing description

Fitment on parts isn't always guaranteed, we highly suggest you contact us prior to ordering with any questions regarding this. We strive to answer all of your questions & to be transparent.

Shipping:

We ship items USPS or UPS depending on our choice of packaging

Most items will be packaged & shipped within 1 business day- 2 business days on larger items

If you need something sent quicker just ask!

We're happy to ship multiple items/orders at once, please confirm your intentions at the time of order

Items are packaged securely to reduce the chance of damage during transit. We understand that while damage may occur, we strive to get your product to you in a safe manor. If damage does occur, please notify us immediately as understand as we work to resolve the issue.

Please let us know at the time of purchase if you would like the item shipped to another address other than your default provided "ship to". If you purchase a large item & are shipping to a P.O box please confirm your details are correct as well & please watch your tracking information. We are not responsible for missed deliveries.

Items will have tracking information uploaded when applicable, we highly suggest you follow your shipment & reach out to us with any concerns (the earlier the better).

Many of our items offer eBay recommended shipping prices. These prices change based on daily shipping rates & your ship to ZIP code.

We gladly ship through the eBay Global Ship Program to any of the listed countries. *You may be subject to import taxes & duties.
