It was purchased in a light store many years ago and it was labeled but label is not in place .

Nice Metal Floral Details at top.. not the coloring is a dark gold wash ... some discolor spots .. leave as is or touch up . 

Approximate measures:  8" Tall  to top of the o ring x 12.75" Wide Across the Base

Can hard wire to ceiling to wall switch or has a turn knob on the socket
