Item is in excellent used condition complete in original packaging.  All lights, sounds and motions work perfectly.  Note to buyer: bats are stored under the Styrofoam door to the right side of package as shown in picture.  I broke the weather vane off opening the box to video it in action but I reglued it.  It is shown in the pics.
