The program has a low grade of 4.0. There is writing in pen ink on the cover as well as wear to the spine. Also, programs are still a niche market compared with sports trading cards. Please keep that in mind when considering a significant purchase such as this.

Recently a Type 1 photo of Michael Jordan from this same game (his NBA Debut) sold for $141,954.00 on Lelands auction house.

Shortly thereafter another Type 1 photo from this game sold for $175,000.00 through Goldin Auctions in a private sale.

In November, 2023 a Type 1 photo from MJ's Debut sold for a record $225,000 through another Goldin Auctions private sale.

Finally, a Population 1 full ticket stub from Michael Jordan's NBA Debut sold for $468,000.00

This is the highest graded of only two programs that CGC has ever been able to authenticate from Michael Jordan's NBA Debut game. CGC indicates on the upper slab "Michael Jordan 1st NBA Game". The game was played on 10/26/84 vs The Washington Bullets. The previous owner wrote this in ink on the cover. Michael's teammate Orlando Woolridge graces the cover.

The program currently resides in a bank safety deposit box. It will be shipped FedEx overnight to the buyer. We will consider exchanging the program in person at a bank or police station if all parties decide to agree to this in advance.
