There is a scratch on the back cover,
visible from the g in emerge, to the comma after warriors
you can feel it from, below the h in with to the comma after warriors.  

There is a scratch on the front cover, about 1 inch from the right side, 
starts at the left hand of the mech to the right of the title, 
ends about 1" above the S (Strike) in the text in the bottom right corner, 
the scratch is not straight curves a bit to the left.
you can feel it a bit at the top half, 
neither scratch
