This Remington product is factory refurbished and comes with all the hardware you'd expect to get with a brand-new XR-1450 shaver, including a (new) head/cutter assembly, the charging base, AC adapter, and even the plastic head guard.  As with most refurbished products there may be slight cosmetic blemishes, though on the units I've examined I didn't spot any.(most just looked brand new..).  The Remington "XR" series razors can even go in the shower with you if desired.
