items. Vintage and Rare items are sold as seen, not cleaned or touched
to prevent damage to valuable or collectible items, many vintage buyers wish
the item to be in the original vintage condition, cleaning devalues many of
these items. . Cleaning and/or renovation work is down to the buyer. Only buy
if you are happy with the description, please only buy if you are happy that
these items will look vintage and old.
Used Items: Second hand items are just that, so they
may be missing some pieces and have signs of use. All used items are cleaned, sanitised and
conditioned where possible.
If you have a query or an issue with an item, please get in
touch directly. Most problems can be resolved quickly and without issue,
refunds given accordingly without the need to open a case or leaving feedback
on damaged goods etc. We always aim to help our customers resolve problems
quickly.
POSTAGE: We send items in 2nd
Class Royal Mail which is tracked, we use Royal Mail as a trusted service and
although that is slightly higher in cost, reliability and tracked post brings
peace of mind. please be mindful that 2nd Class is slow – we pack
and past every morning. Purchases will normally have a 1-day handling time.
Then the 2nd Class post time. We do this to keep our costs down.
