The title does say Hospital pediatric pad which measures 12.5”x27”x1.5”. The plastic was torn in the middle by being snagged the pad wasn’t damaged whatsoever. I did tape the plastic back together. Never has been used. Comes from a smoke free home. I don’t accept returns unless the item isn’t as described.

I did choose “cradle” due to the only option offered. This pad could be used for just about anything in a safely matter. I wouldn’t suggest using in a crib or bassinet unless it fits perfectly to prevent any type of danger.

I also have the same exact pad which is also new but the plastic on the bottom was torn at the perforated at the seam so I taped it closed.

To save on shipping I will wrap this item securely in packaging paper as well as additional plastic or tape to prevent damage.
