This set consists of 4 dinner plates and one salad plate, all marked on the back for Woodward & Lothrop, Washington, DC.  This china was made in Limoges, France, by the Theodore Haviland Company, ca. 1904 - mid 1920's.  The plates feature the beautiful Apple  Blossom pattern - pink apple blossoms with gray and green foliage.  A dainty scalloped border edges each plate.  As was common with old porcelain, there are several darks spots that occurred when it was fired (see photos 6 - 8). Also, there is a tiny chip on one plate (see photo 9), that was very hard to photograph, due to its size. Perfect for a Christmas or other holiday table.

Dinner plate diameter:  10"
