Postal Arrangements

Within the U.K., we send parcels out by First Class Signed post which is a trackable service.

To Europe and USA I use International Signed For Airmail another trackable service.

American and Norwegian buyers should note that, as a licensed grower, all our plants come with a phyto sanitary certificate signed by the Department of Agriculture. It takes an average of 14 working days for the certificate to be issued as your plant has to be individually inspected by an official from the Department. This means that you can be absolutely certain that your plant meets the highest standards of this country.

Postage we use Royal Mail to send all parcels please check the tracking reference all parcels are signed for so this means someone needs to be in to sign the parcel Royal Mail is supposed to leave a card if you are not in but this does not always happen so check with your local post office. A parcel is not lost until 15 working Days after day of posting.
Returns of Live plants we only accept plants back provided they are sent in the same condition you got the plants ie in a healthy state.
