This 1860s carte de visite photo features a gentleman with a thick mustache posed proudly displaying his pinky ring. He wore a striped tie. The image was taken by J. S. Hovey in Rome, New York and he is identified on a cut of from the original album page that the image was found in as Edward Gordon. There is a revenue stamp pasted on the back. 


The card measures about 2.5 x 4 inches.
