30 Day Returns Policy

Changed your mind about your purchase? No problem, we offer a 30 day returns policy if you would like to return your items for a refund. Goods MUST be returned unused, undamaged, in an 'as new' state, and within it's original packaging (where applicable) within 30 days of receipt. The customer is liable for all return shipping costs. Once we have received the item(s), they will be checked and a refund will be issued (minus the postage costs) if they meet the minimum conditions outlined above. Customers are advised to send items back using a recorded delivery service option. This does not affect your statutory rights.

**Shipping

Great emphasis is placed to ensure all orders placed before 2pm (UK time) is dispatched on the same day using a premium recorded delivery service (**premium delivery service is only offered to UK Mainland locations). However, in some exceptional instances there may be a slight delay caused, in which we will do our utmost to resolve as soon as reasonably possible. In cases where an order is delayed or can not be fulfilled due to stock issues, we will notify the customer in the nearest time possible and the customer will have the option to cancel the order if they wish to do so or to have it shipped as soon as it becomes available. There may be times where we would cancel an order if we are unable to replenish out-of-stock items as a result in delays in receiving shipments from our supplier, or if the item has been discontinued. Please be aware that we DO NOT guarantee delivery times or dates, and we will not be liable for any losses for orders delivered after the expected delivery time due to circumstances outside of our control, so please bare this in mind before taking time off work / staying in all day, or booking your car at the mechanics. All orders will be posted to the delivery address provided by the customer at time of purchase (your eBay registered address). It is solely the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their address details registered on eBay are correct. We will not be held responsible for any lost orders or additional delivery charges incurred as a result of the customer's error. A customer can ONLY make a non-delivery claim after the delivery cut-off time which is 15 days from the date of postage.

*1 Year Warranty

In the unlikely event that one of our products develops a fault within the first year after your purchase, then you may be able to receive a free replacement, or a credit note ONLY in instances where the product can't be replaced (eg, due to being discontinued, etc). We warrant our products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date. During this time, we will repair or replace at no charge, the product (or parts of a product) that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and Maintenance. Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the original dated sales receipt, therefore, the customer will be required to return the item for inspection before any decision is made. We reserve the right to seek the manufacturer or 3rd party inspection to help us determine the cause. This does not affect your statutory rights. Stated warranty does not cover any problems that is caused by conditions malfunctions or damaged not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. To make a claim through our warranty service, you must first Contact Us first to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Dreamline Performance complies with all legal requirements under the 'Sale of Goods Act', as well as the 'Distance Selling Regulations'.
