I work in the entertainment industry and have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Peter Weller in 2011 on a dramatic television show.  I brought this Toy Island RoboCop figure to the editing room and he immediately knew I wanted an autograph.  Well, I had a black sharpie available and he began to write RoboCop on the figure's left breast plate, but because the surface is curved it was hard to write smoothly so he aborted that attempt.  I remembered the chest armor was removable so I pulled it off and handed it to him to have better control while he signed.  That's the Peter Weller autograph on the figure's right breast plate.

IF THE WINNING BIDDER WANTS AUTHENTICATION of the autograph, I can direct them to the Internet Movie Database entry for the specific episode I was working on when he signed this.  You will see in the credits that he directed the episode, and I edited it.  I also have a signed RoboCop DVD (not for sale) in which he personalizes another autograph, naming the episode we collaborated on.  

It's unlikely you'll see one of these up for auction ever again.   Good luck!
