Mark is Crown mark (Hand Painted Nippon)
Creamer stands 2 3/4" Tall - From end of spout to outside edge of handle - 4 1/2" - opening is 2 1/2"
Sugar Bowl stands approx 3 1/2" Tall, from outside handle to oppsite outside handle - 5 1/2" - opening is 3 1/4"
