PLEASE TAKE THESE MEASUREMENTS AND COMPARE THEM TO A DRESS THAT YOU ALREADY OWN. 

This dress was handmade during the 1900's, probably around 1930, in Rural Northern Pennsylvania.  It has been lovingly protected by the bride who wore it.  It has belted satin and hand lace decoration on the neckline and waistline. The dress was sewn on a machine by a person.  It is a One-of-a-Kind Original Masterpiece work of art. 

The satin is in very good condition, with creases ironed into the arms.  There is a place at the bottom left side where there is a pinhole, and a light gray line, Please see photo. 

The lace is hand made.  It is in good condition.  There are several small spots, as big around as a pencil. There are light brown, and are in sprinkled in the lace.  They may be washable, I will let you do that. There is also one similar spot on the satin. The lace has a 6" area where the outer hem of the lace has lost some of its stitching.  Please see photos. I have tried to look very carefully and these are the only issues that I could find. 

The dress has accent satin bands at the bust and the waist, which comes to a graceful point.  There are three satin covered buttons at each wrist cuff, and more on the back from the neckline to the waist. 

This dress has a BEAUTIFUL TRAIN which drapes gracefully behind the bride. The front hem of the dress is ankle length; the back half drapes into a long beautiful train.
