This has a Cantilever or Concertina Fold out mechanism with 2 Tiers .

It dates to the 1960s and unusually the top is covered in foam and the original material .

There are knobs at each end , when these are pulled this opens out .

In the closed position this measures   9 Inches wide ,  17.5 inches long and 16 Inches high .

In the open position the length extends to 43 inches .

This is a lovely piece . There is one small fixing bolt or screw missing ( the bottom of 2 holding the handle in place ) , the nut is present inside , an easy repair.

The Material has some wear as shown , this is fully functioning , and an unusual example having the material trim.
