You are looking at brand new damage open box Lego 10245 Santa's Workshop.  All items in sealed bags are in the box after checking the manual online.  You will notice there are 3 sticks in the box.  They weren't meant to be in a sealed bag. I just place them in a zip lock bag.  This is a great Lego set to build for the holiday.
