Returns

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to return your Buy It Now item for a refund within 14 working days of receiving the item.

However Made to measure products are not subject to Distance Selling Regulations, as outlined by Trading Standards and uk Law

Where incorrect sizes and information has been provided we cannot issue a refund in these circumstances as we have made them to the sizes you have provided and have after all done our job as instructed after all, please dont make us work for nothing by trying to make a claim through ebay when it is your fault as that really is not fair.
Made to measure orders cannot be cancelled after 24hours from time of ordering.
Any faulty products, or made incorrectly by us of course, will be replaced just give us the chance to do put it right for you
