Our cue rating system:
Entry Level - Stock standard mass produced cue, similar quality to a cue you'd find in a pub. Cues will likely be made of cheaper materials and have some imperfections (uneven weighting / some deviation from being straight).
Intermediate - Cues that are made of quality materials such as ash/maple timber or graphite with a resin core. Usually made by machine.
Premium - Mostly hand made cues made of ash or maple timbers with multiple exotic splicing or carbon fibre cues. These are considered top of the range cues without getting one custom made.
Custom - Custom cues made to the buyers specifications.

Please note: All cues have some variation in the straightness and roundness of the cue. Most cues are made from natural product and are affected by the surrounding environment. Humidity and temperature will always affect a piece of wood. If a cue being perfectly straight is your main concern, please consider one of our resin cored graphite cues (grafex) or carbon fibre cues.
