This is a small production kit for making Mead, cider, Geinger beer and wine brewing with 5L size.

This kit contains a 5L glass demijohn with silicone bung & airlock as fermenting vessel and comes with a small pack of sterilizer and cleaner for cleaning and sterilizing.

Depending on what you want to brew, you can choose the different yeast for making mead, cider, Ginger beer or wine yeast to make different brew.

Different kit has slightly different for the ingredient and additives to suit for the brew. And now have one more choice for clear flip-top bottles for Mead.

The kit supplies bottle filling and bottling devices including a stainless steel funnel, and an easy-starter siphon/racking cane.

Except the wine kit, all kits come with 7 x 750mm glass flip-top bottles, while the wine kit shall supply 7 x 750ml BSV screw lid glass wine bottles. Now there's one more choice for mead by using clear flip-top bottles. But please note that this clear flip-top bottles can not afford pressure if you want to carbonate your mead.

With these devices, you can make a few batches brew with the yeast and additives supplied, and you can buy replacement ingredients from our website.

Also, this kit comes with a hydrometer and a 100ml testing jar for testing specific gravity.

Notes

This kit doesn't include ingredients for making what you want to brew, just supply the equipment and yeast/additives, you need to get the ingredients yourself.

Most of the yeast is more than needed for 5L brew, you can pitch the yeast according to the ratio and seal the yeast in a vacuum, and keep it in the freezer for future use, better use them as soon as you can.

Also, we can supply different yeast if we carry them in our store, just contact seller to swap.

Please note that we shall NOT limited to use Australian Post as the courier to send your order except you asked. We shall choose courier by our favourite but will NOT impact the service as you paid.
For most of parcel we shall ask signature by courier, contact seller if you want driver just drop parcel at safe place or other special instruction.
Pickup is available and welcome! We provide 7/24 pickup service at our Bayswater Store if you pay prior pickup.
For those customer who paid for pickup but not able to do, please contact seller to pay postage. Else we shall mark products are picked up after 3 days since you buy.
For international buyer, please note that the postage you paid doesn’t include customs duties you may be charged in your country, and we can not provide customs clearance service from our side, so please contact seller to claim a lower value to avoid such problem.
