This vinyl control panel overlay fits the made in Mexico Fender Blues Deluxe and Blues DeVille Reissue amps. This is not for the earlier made in the USA Blues Deluxe amps. If you are not sure which one you have, please send me a clear photo of your amp panel so I can help you find the right one.

Easy to install. With this vinyl decal overlay you can change the hard-to-see white letters on a chrome background, to forward facing white letters on a black or dark brown background. Or if your numbers and letters have worn off, this decal will bring your control panel back to life.

When it arrives carefully remove the decal from the shipping box, gently unroll and lay flat, preferably in a warm place to help it flatten out. Carefully remove your knobs, clean the panel well, then peel your decal from the backing, line it up and lay it down over the old panel. Smooth it out starting from the middle and work your way to the edges. The decal has a laminated matte finish, so the lettering won't rub off.

Please read the following carefully to help you understand the difference between Standard size and Oversized:

The STANDARD size version, 20 x 2.25, lays over the top of the faceplate without having to drop the chassis or remove the back panel. This version is the easiest to install though it may show a little Chrome around the edge, some customers have used a black Magic Marker to fill that in. Simply remove the knobs, clean the panel well, and lay it down.

The OVERSIZED version is slightly over-sized by a half inch, 20.5 x 2.75, so you will have to take off the back panel and remove chassis before you apply the decal to the faceplate. This version tucks nicely underneath the edge of the cabinet for a real clean factory look. This is the one you want if your doing any mods to your amplifier since you will already have the chassis removed.

Again, this listing is for the Blues Deluxe Reissue version that was made in Mexico. Please check my other listings if you have the earlier made in the USA Blues Deluxe.
