*Around May 2024 Google has changed the retail packaging; they are now shipping consumer devices in a new clamshell packaging with a tamper evident perforated paper seal. In the past this packaging was reserved for bulk business orders. The older large retail packaging with a large white box and magnetic flap had a design flaw that resulted in most boxes being damaged in shipping.
